I won't forget the ...Oh, dear! the name escapes me already... The Nabocentered Lithmus Level?
 
This list is certainly not the place to discuss anorexia or cultural and parental encouragement of fashion-modeling... but may I suggest a marvelously funny movie, "Little Miss Sunshine", to those who like a well-tempered mixture of tragedy and comedy? 
The girl-models I saw were healthy and nymphic, in a demure Barbie kind of way. Also the "thin look" is not necessarily synonimous of anorexia, as AB pointed out. 
 
I brought the subject up because people's indignation against the genital exploitation of "Lolita" often doesn't target the other kinds of sexual abuse of children - and here I use the word "sexual" as those ever-present Viennese doctors understand "libido theory"...
