Nabokov and the Art of Painting (by Gerard de Vries and Don
Johnson, with an essay by Liana Ashenden), which was published
last fall by Amsterdam University Press, is now available in
the US. Both amazon.com and bn.com (Barnes and Noble) have the
book in stock, but bn.com is offering a 20-percent discount. I
ordered a copy from them a couple of weeks ago, and even with
the (slower) free shippping it was here within 36 hours.
