Graduation theses, 1989 to the present
Here's a list of the graduation theses I've supervised -- and
those I am supervising now.
What it means
You can see the graduate or student's name, the subject (or
title) of the thesis, and very roughly where the graduate is
now.
Name
This is the name the student was using at the time. Of
course some people may have got married
since. . . .
Subject (or title)
For most of these theses, I've given the subject rather
than the title. (I've identified films by their directors. Yes, I
realize that this is simplistic at best.) Thesis subjects may change,
of course, and the subjects specified now (January '01) by people
intending to hand in theses a year from now are only provisional.
Place
The locations are very vague. For example, you should
take "Tokyo" to mean "within commuting distance of
Tokyo".
[Note]
Sorry, I don't have records for people who graduated before 1989
-- can you jog my memory? And I'd be very grateful for any addition
or correction.
-- Peter Evans
