From Mary Bellino (iambe@javanet.com):
Speaking of Eco's Granita, does anyone remember a story that appeared in
the Paris Review a few years back, in which VN figured as the
protagonist? As I recall the story is a long interior monologue by (or
about) VN, who is revisiting New York circa 1975. It appeared in the
so-called humor issue, which I thought I had kept because it also had a
rare interview with the humorist Fran Leibowitz, but I can't find it.
Can anybody recall anything else about this story?
