asked people to address them directly to Frank Steiger but it's fun to
keep the VN fan mail going for a while. It's a happy reminder of why we

I enjoy VN's "An Evening of Russian Poetry" endlessly. I even got its text
digitized so I could send it over the e-mail to those who I think would share
my adoration of it. It's bitter and heartfelt, smart and ...I hate myself for
saying all this - just read it, and it says it all.
