just a quick question and/or observation: does showing the movie on tv
before theatrical release disqualify it for oscar consideration? i am
thinking back to the case of the linda fiorentino movie from a few years
back ... it was shown on cable first, and she couldn't be considered for an
oscar.
if this is case ... what a shame.
