Re: VN Bibliography: Note on Bodenstein dissertation

EDITOR's NOTE. Stephen Blackwell <sblackwe@utk.edu> is the author of a
number of articles on VN and a forthcoming book entitled ZENA'S
PARADOX: The Figured Reader in Nabokov "GIFT"
------------------ From: Stephen Blackwell (sblackwe@utk.edu)
It's worth noting that volume two of Bodenstein's dissertation is not a
bibliography only, but includes a vast appendix, really a compendiium of
examples of every type of image, motif, structure, metaphor, language
game, theme, linguistic peculiarity (incl. stylistic), etc, that the
author has thought of. I have tried for years to find a purchaseable
copy, but it seems that it is not for sale by the host institution or any other
venue. It can be gotten by Interlibrary loan, though.
