Shabelsky-Bork, supporter of the "Protocols" tried to assassinate Pavel
Milyukov (former leader of the Cadets, who fled Russia in 1918) at a
meeting of Russian
refugees. Instead, he killed Vladimir Nabokov and was sentenced to
fourteen years in prison. After serving for a short time, he was
released and befriended by
Alfred Rosenberg, the "Nazi philosopher".
