This depends on what you'd consider "reasonable cost".
The Advanced Book Exchange (www.abebooks.com), which I
generally prefer to Alibris, lists several copies of
"Poems", ranging in price from US$48 ("ex-library,
tiny coffee stain on back cover") to US$175.
"Poems & Problems" seems a far rarer find--you simply
can't get one for less than a couple hundred dollars.
"Lectures on Ulysses: A Facsimile of the Manuscript"
was published in 1980, apparently in a limited edition
of 500. ABE again lists several copies, the cheapest
of which will set you back US$100.
Don't know if this is helpful.
