Dear Adaphiles,
In addition to the new ADAonline content announced a couple of days ago and
available at
http://www.libraries.psu.edu/nabokov/ada/index.htm
<http://www.libraries.psu.edu/nabokov/ada/index.htm>
you can now use the Search function (which you reach via the search tab on the
top line of the website) to search EITHER through the text of ADA OR through
all the BB annotations and afternotes so far online. The Search function allows
the Boolean operators AND and OR.
A search for "Bosch" and "delights" in the Annotations for instance will turn up
all the files to date where I discuss Bosch's "Garden of Earthly Delights." Then
you would have to use your own browser's search function (often Control-F) to
locate the relevant passages within these files.
I hope this makes ADAonline still more useful.
Cheers,
Brian Boyd

Dear All,
Some recent changes to ADAonline, at
http://www.libraries.psu.edu/nabokov/ada/index.htm
* The text of ADA I.39 is now available. All of Parts 1, 3, 4, 5 are now
online,
and much of Part 2 (1-2, 10-11). Only Pt 2 Chs 3-9 remain.
* The annotations to ADA I.21 are now online, as the next instalment of
the
annotations (I.24) has been published in The Nabokovian.
* Images for I.13-15 are now also online.
* A search function is being developed which will allow users to search
either
through the text of ADA or through the text of the annotations and afternotes.
Thanks to Jeff Edmunds and Genevieve de Pont.
Enjoy!
Brian Boyd
