I hope anyone who hasn't had a chance to read
Brian Boyd's "Ada: The Bog and the Garden: or,
Straw, Fluff, and Peat: Sources and Places in
Ada," which ran in the last issue of Nabokov
Studies (volume 8), will take the opportunity to
read it in connection with a list discussion of
Ada. Or just in the interest of keeping up with
Ada scholarship. The article represents Boyd's
latest thinking on a number of themes in the novel.
