Oga Grushin "in the tradition of Gogol, Bulgakov and Nabokov"

Body
A review by Gregory Flanders of the Associated Press of Olga Grushin's
debut novel _The Dream Life of Sukhanov_ is accompanied in our local
paper (Boulder Daily Camera) by a photo of the book cover. Below the
book title is a quotation from a James Lasdun: "Steeped in the tradition
of Gogol, Bulgakov and Nabokov, Grushin is clearly a writer of large
and original talent." It's difficult to judge from Flander's review the
accuracy of Lasdun's placement of Grushin in "the tradition."
