Jekyll's name in Stevenson's Strange Case

Dear List,
The discussion of names and Danes jogged a memory, rather appropos of
not
very much I'm afraid, that RLS got the name Jekyll from a relative of
the
well known English gardener, Gertrude Jekyll.
RLS knew Gertrude's kinsman Walter Jekyll and, for what reason I either
never knew or can't recall, used his name for his infamous physician.
