Now that the doubles have reared their twinned -- maybe -- heads, just want to remind the list on which there are, wonderfully, numbers of new and thoughtful folks of this old listing of mine. My dissertation long, long ago looked at the doubles in all Nabokov's English language novels (up to that point -- early 70's). Cheers, all.
