My automatic associations were:
Lukin - 'luk' (onion)
Luxon - 'luks' (luxury)
Lukashevich - 'Lukash', a Polish version of the name Luke, and also
'lukoshko' - a sort of basket used for mushroom or berry-picking.
I realize those might be idiosyncratic, and wonder what did the others think
of?
