EDITORIAL: Piket posting, fancy fonts, pictures

Dear List,
I could not tell whether the picture of Roberta Piket's sheet music came through in the message just forwarded from Jay Livingston. I could see the picture in Jay's original message but not in the forwarded NABOKV-L post. As you may have noticed, my institutional email system is pretty basic and, at least in the remote access form I usually use, doesn't make it possible to insert pictures or use colored type and special fonts. If necessary, I'll resend the sheet music as an attachment.
Anyway, be aware that if I need to cut and paste your messages before forwarding them to the List any special visual arrangements may not come through. I'll consult with the IT oracles at my end and see if anything can be done.
