Following the four examples below:
1. "Lolita" : Lo-lee-ta: the tip of the tongue taking a trip of three
steps down the palate to tap, at three, on the teeth. Lo. Lee. Ta.
2. "A Guide to Berlin": Otto:pipe with two orifices and its tacit tunnel.
3. "Ada or Ardor": Marina knew aroma and hombre, and an anatomical term
with a 'j' hanging in the middle
4."Scenes from the Life of a Double Monster": "Two "I" conjoined by a
xiphoid, membrane or an umbellical chord to constitute an "H", "forget"
this linkage and see their separated partner as another individual "I"
...how should we read the sentence in TRLSK: when I say lovely, I mean
doves and lilies, and velvet, and that soft pink "v" in the middle and
the way your tongue curved up to the long, lingering "l"....
should we use it in relation to Starov's telegram, with its transcribed
"B": 'Sevastian's state hopeless come immediately Starov.' It was worded
in French; the 'v' in Sebastian's name was a transcription of its
Russian spelling?
