I have found the following for sale:
Lolita: 1ST EDITION, 1st PRINTING
Olympia Press, Paris, 1955, two volumes--bound together.
Can anyone confirm that there was a printing of both volumes
together? I hadn't heard of one until now and am concerned that it is
not genuine.
