Hello all,
on this topic, I recommend Eric Naiman's lecuture "Hermaphobia: on Sexual
Orientation and Reading Nabokov", printed in Representations 101, Winter 2008.
It discusses homosexuality in VN's work at length, and offers a number of
insights into his criticism in general, including quotes from this list.
best,
Abraham Adams
