Hi Ms Walker

Thanks for your enjoyable review. I didn't know Strong Opinions was a kind of duty publication. Sure interesting, though, and particularly provocative when it first came out. Sometimes Nabokov resembles Generals like Grant and Montgomery: other people might be wrong, but never them.

Sorry I can't help with the elusive articles

Thanks again, don

Hi all
I have noticed in secondary literature differing accounts of Graham Greene's and John Gordon's assessment of Lolita. Could anyone forward these articles? I have searched through the archive but found no reply. I have a wide range of reviews and articles if anyone wants to swap or is looking for something.

In case anyone is interested I have a review up of Robert Golla's Conversations with Nabokov (http://www.russianartandculture.com/book-review-conversations-vladimir-nabokov/) that might be helpful.

Thanks
