Article on Lewis Carroll and Alice: "...in 1999,a New York Times reviewer quoted Vladimir Nabokov (who had translated Alice into Russian) as saying there was `a pathetic affinity' between the photographer and the pedophilic narrator of Nabokov's novel Lolita. "
Article author Jenny Woolf is also the author of the recent book, The Mystery of Lew is Carroll.
