I notice that there was a yet third Ivan Golovin (1672-1737), a batman (денщик) of Peter I, later an admiral. He was an ancestor of Pushkin (Golovin's daughter was married to the poet's paternal great-grandfather), who mentions him in his unfinished novel "Арап Петра Великого" ("The Moor of Peter the Great," 1827):
"Надменный князь Меншиков дружески пожал ему руку. Шереметев осведомился о своих парижских знакомых, а Головин позвал обедать." (Сhapter III)
