In response to A. Bouazza's comment, I'd just note that many people,
especially at academic institutions, have fairly small storage
allowances in their email accounts. Sometimes, one oversized message
can cause an account to shut down and stop receiving messages entirely.
Out of consideration for such subscribers, we continue to request that
attached images be saved in a smaller JPEG format and kept under 100KB,
whenever possible.
