I'm forwarding this as a summer diversion. These links are provided
courtesy of Anastasia Kayiatos, a Ph.D. candidate at Berkeley who writes
about sexuality and disability in Soviet culture and knows quite a bit
about Vladimir Nabokov, too.
These are from the "Missed Connections" of our local Craig's List. The
500 Club, a fairly earthy bar where the incomplete connection occurred,
is, Anastasia tells me, "not known for the literacy of its patrons."
